Live so that when your children think of fairness and integrity, they think of you. The highest courage is to dare to be yourself in the face of adversity. Choosing right over wrong, ethic over convenience, and truth over popularity ... these are choices that measure your life. Travel the path of integrity without looking back, for there is never a wrong time to do the right thing.

My Sweet Man is GONE...

WAH! Hal just left for a week to be a counselor at the Foster Kids Camp through our church. I am so proud of him, but we are not used to being without Daddy! I think it is a good lesson for our kids and good for all of us to give up our normal, perfect lives to give to those less fortunate. His kids are 7 and 8 and we got all kinds of decorations, journals, etc. for his cabin. They are doing a barnyard theme this year. We also got each kiddo a little bear for them to sleep with. Haliee sewed little name tags to tie around the bears wrists so keep them from fighting over them. She did such a great job! They are too cute! I thought I would share.
